"Luminata!Luminata!!"I felt someone shaking me from my sleep.I groaned softly and cracked open an eye and stared at my mom."What?""It;s snowing!"I opened my eyes and just yawned."Yeah..it was yesterday too."I stared at her,still lying down,confuse as to why she was saying this."No seriously!It's really snowing and the snow is too deep for you to walk to school!!"She smiled at me.I stumbled out my bed and went to the window and gaped.There were piles of snow everywhere!The lawn,the road,EVERYWHERE!

"So this means no school today?"I looked back at my mother."Yup!Now go dress up and come down for breakfast before it gets cold.."She started heading off to the door."Do you have work?"I raised an eyebrow."Nope."She smiled yet again and left."I hurriedly took a bath and wore my clothes before heading down the stairs,almost stepping over Lutz who hastily moved out the way to avoid getting hit.

"Mom,I'm going out!"She stared at me putting my jacket on and tying my long dull blue scarf around my neck."Be careful!"She called out once I opened the front door."I will!"I shouted.My breath came out in puffs when I was outside."Maybe the lake will be a nice place to look at right now...."I walked towards the forest in a slow pace.

I was at least almost t the lake when I stepped into deep snow and fell."Dang..."I wiped the snow off me and before I could walk I heard someone laughing.And it was in the direction of the lake.As I drew nearer and nearer the lake the laugh grew louder.I pushed the branch out of the way and I saw a boy around the same age as me wearing a blue hoodie with frost patterns and a light brown tattered pant.He was also carrying a wooden staff and he had pale skin,snow-white hair and blue.

The snow crunched beneath me making him glanced my way."Oh hello there!"He grinned.I blushed and thanked the cold for hiding away the blush."H-Hi!"I cursed at myself for stuttering.He looked shocked at my response."Y-You can see me?"He asked."Of course I can...why not?"I gave him a confuse face."My name's Jack Frost!"He started walking towards me."J-Jack Frost?AS in the winter spirit?"He nodded,smirking at me."Old man winter!Father Frost!you get me!"He leaned on his staff,staring at me cutely.

"That c-can't be possible!U-Unless someone really did name their kid that!"I started to laugh but stopped when I noticed his face was an inch from me."I can prove it."He whispered,his cold minty breath tickling my face."P-Prove i-it then..."I whispered back.He pulled away,smirking back to his playfulness."Close you eyes."He said."W-What no-""I said close your eyes."He said yet again."F-Fine!"I reluctantly closed my eyes,not sure if I could trust this guy who I just met and saying his name was Jack Frost.

I gasped when he pulled me to his body and started to shiver,he was cold beyond belief,despite wearing a hoodie not a trace of warmth was felt."Hold on tight."He ordered and I clenched my hands on his hoodie tightly.The next thing I knew I was off the ground the ground and the cold wind was hitting my face."Open your eyes now!"He shouted,laughing loudly."I opened my eyes slowly and yelped holding him even tighter.I was greeted by the scenery of my own town and the snow made it seem beautiful."Jack!Jack!"I yelled as we got higher and higher.I blushed darkly when he chuckled deeply.

After a few minutes of flying we finally got down back."You're home..."He said.I looked around and nodded,I was right in front of my house."Y-Yeah..."I smiled at him."Believe me now?"He smirked."Yes......."We stared at each other for a moment before it was broken off by my name being called."Lumina!!!!"I heard someone yell behind me."I spun around only to meet with forest green eyes."Dale?"I grinned at him as he waved at me."Jack glared,standing beside me."What's up?"I said,looking at him."Just passing by the neighborhood."He grinned.I shook my head."So..where's Penny?"I looked around for the said little girl.

"She's with our mom to the grocery store."He shrugged."I have to go now.Jane's going to get cranky if I don't get there."He ran off."I have to leave..."Jack broke the silence between us."Where?"Snow day."Was his only reply.Wait....snow day?"Holy shit! You were the one who I heard last night!"I started at him with widened eyes."W-What?"He said nervously."Last night! Snow day!"I glared at him making him smirk."Anyway I really need to go.."He walked off."Will I see you again?"I blurted out."Maybe~"I covered my mouth blushing deeply.Then suddenly I felt something cold touched my cheek and looked up to find him hovering above me.

"You'll meet me again...and sooner than you think.."He smiled.I watched him fly off before I heard the front door open."Honey.Lu?Have you been standing there all the long?Come inside!I made hot cocoa!"She ushered my inside and I let everything process in my mind then to the mischievous boy."Tell me..where you there all the long?"My mom looked at me with worried eyes.

"No,i actually went to the lake.."I drank the hot drink and sighed in relief at the hotness."How did your day go?"My eyes twinkled at the question."Amazing...."I whispered,looking down at my drink.Lutz whined and looked at me."Oh?Met a cute boy?"My mom winked."W-What!?NO!!??!"I blushed and waved my arms around frantically.The whole she was laughing at my flushed face.
